Features
Order editing, post-purchase offers and order attributes for Shopify.
Everything AttriBolt adds to the pages customers see after checkout, and to your Shopify admin.
Edit your order: customers fix their own orders
An Edit your order block on Shopify's Thank you and Order status pages lets customers fix their order within the time you allow. It works with customer accounts, and a countdown shows how long they have left.
Paste the snippet AttriBolt gives you into Shopify's Order confirmation email and customers can find the edit link later. Fulfilled orders can't be edited.

What customers see
- Change the shipping address
- Update contact details (email and phone)
- Edit the gift note
- Change size or variant
- Add products or replace one
- A countdown with the time left
- On Pro: a “Did you forget something?” carousel
What you control
- Turn each option on or off
- Editing window: 30 minutes by default, from 15 minutes to 24 hours
- Optional fulfillment hold during the window, released automatically when it ends
- Address rules and PO box blocking
Special offer after payment
Right after payment, before the order confirmation, customers see a one-click offer: one product with an optional discount and a countdown. If they accept, the product joins the same order and is charged to the same payment method. They don't re-enter card details.
The original order is already paid, so declining never costs you the sale. Shopify sets the wording of the buttons, “Pay now” and “Decline upsell offer”, and holds fulfillment while the page is open, for up to 1 hour.
Rolling out. Shopify reviews post-purchase access for each app. AttriBolt's review is in progress, and the special offer turns on once Shopify approves it.

What customers see
- One product with your discount (Growth)
- A carousel of products or a collection (Pro)
- A countdown
- “Pay now” and “Decline upsell offer” in their language
What you control
- Which product, products or collection to offer
- An optional discount
- Offers shown, accepted and value added, in Analytics
Safe by default: no surprises for your store
Self-serve edits should never cost you money or open the door to fraud. These protections are real and on by default.
Email alerts tell you when something needs a look: a risky address change was held, an edit is still unpaid on day 2 and day 7, or a cheaper swap needs a refund review.

Money
- Customers see the exact amount and confirm it before any price change. If it changes in the meantime, the edit is refused
- Shopify emails the customer a secure payment link for the difference
- New unpaid items are held (“Awaiting payment”) and released automatically when paid
- Still unpaid after 7 days: tagged “AttriBolt unpaid - review” and kept on hold
- No automatic refunds: a cheaper change is tagged “AttriBolt refund due” for review
- A size change keeps the same discount amount; a different product is charged at its own price
- Only sellable products can be added: published, priced above zero, not gift cards
- Cash on delivery, bank transfer and uncaptured orders can't get extra items online
- Up to 10 edits per order
Address and fraud
- Same country and state by default
- Postal codes must match the country's format
- Up to 3 address changes per order, and PO boxes can be blocked
- Orders Shopify rates medium or high risk, or holds for fraud review, can't be edited by the customer
- Orders covered by Shopify Protect keep their address, because changing it would end the coverage
- If the address changes while Shopify's fraud analysis is running and the order turns risky, AttriBolt holds it and emails you
- Optional: a fulfillment hold during the editing window
Order attributes and presets
Build a library of reusable order attributes, such as “Gift message”, “Delivery date” or “Engraving”, each with a field type and a default.
Group them into presets and apply one to an order in a click, from the order page in Shopify admin (More actions › Manage Order Attributes). The values appear under Additional details.

In the library
- Reusable attribute definitions
- Field types and default values
- Presets that group attributes
On the order page
- More actions › Manage Order Attributes
- Apply a preset in one click
- Values shown under Additional details
Analytics: see what changed and what it earned
See what AttriBolt does for your store: offers shown and accepted, the value added, orders edited by type of change, and payments for edits.
On Pro, charts and a change log show every edit and offer, order by order.

Growth
- Offers shown and accepted
- Value added
- Orders edited, by type of change
- Payments for edits
Pro adds
- Charts over time
- A change log of every edit and offer
“Finishing touch” checkout block
Available on Pro for stores on Shopify Plus. The “Finishing touch” block suggests products inside checkout, before payment.
Show products you choose, a collection, or Shopify's recommendations for the cart. Checkout suggestions don't use discounts.

Good to know
- Shopify only shows app blocks inside checkout on Shopify Plus
- Add it in the checkout editor: Checkout › Add block › “AttriBolt: Finishing touch”
- Everything else in AttriBolt works on any Shopify plan
Give customers 30 minutes to get it right.
Install AttriBolt, add the blocks, and let customers fix the small things themselves.
