Terms of Service
Last updated: October 11, 2026
These terms govern the use of AttriBolt, a Shopify app operated by Bruno Gomes de Azevedo, Vitória, Brazil ("AttriBolt", "we"). By installing or using AttriBolt you ("Merchant") agree to them. If you use AttriBolt for a business, you confirm you can bind that business.
1. The service
AttriBolt adds order attribute tools to the Shopify admin, a post-purchase offer page, and an "Edit your order" block to Shopify's Thank you and Order status pages, plus related analytics and alerts. Features depend on your AttriBolt plan and your Shopify plan (for example, the checkout block requires Shopify Plus) and on Shopify's own rules (for example, Shopify decides when the post-purchase page can be shown).
2. Accounts and access
You install AttriBolt from the Shopify App Store with your Shopify store. You are responsible for who can access your Shopify admin and for the settings you choose in AttriBolt.
3. Plans, trials and billing
Plans, prices, trials and order limits are shown in the app and on our App Store listing. All charges are billed by Shopify on your Shopify invoice under Shopify's billing terms. You can change or cancel your plan in the app; uninstalling the app cancels the subscription. Exceeding a plan's order limit does not stop the service; we may ask you to move to a larger plan. Fees already billed are not refunded except where required by law or by Shopify's policies.
4. Your responsibilities
- You decide which changes your customers may make, for how long, and which products and offers to show. Test your setup on a test order before relying on it.
- You remain responsible for your store, your products, prices, taxes, shipping, refunds, customer service and your relationship with your customers, including any refund owed after a customer's change.
- You must have a lawful basis and a privacy notice for the customer data processed through your store, as required by Shopify and applicable law.
- You will not use AttriBolt to break the law or Shopify's terms, or to mislead customers.
5. Payments collected from customers
When a change increases an order's total, Shopify sends the customer a payment link and, with the default settings, new items stay on hold until paid. AttriBolt does not process payments and does not guarantee that a customer will pay. Holds, tags and alerts are tools to help you decide; please review held orders.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep AttriBolt available and correct, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". Shopify can change its platform, APIs or rules in ways that affect features; we may change or remove features to follow them. We will tell you in advance about material changes when we can.
7. Data protection
Our Privacy Policy and Data Protection & Security page describe how we process personal data. For your customers' data we act as your processor and follow your instructions given through the app's settings.
8. Intellectual property
AttriBolt, its software and content belong to us or our licensors. You keep all rights to your store data and content. You give us permission to use them only to provide the service.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits or lost revenue, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for AttriBolt in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Termination
You can stop using AttriBolt at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or if required by Shopify or the law. After uninstall, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Mandatory consumer or data protection rights in your country are not affected.
