Billing questions.
What counts as an order, and what if I go over?
Every new order in the billing cycle counts toward your plan's limit. If you go over, nothing stops working: you see a warning in the app asking you to move to a larger plan. There are no overage fees.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Growth and Pro have a 14-day free trial, and Starter has 5 days. You are only billed if you keep the app after the trial.
How do I upgrade, downgrade or cancel?
From the Plan page in the app. Billing goes through Shopify and shows on your Shopify invoice. Uninstalling the app cancels the subscription.
Which currency are prices in?
Prices are in US dollars. Shopify bills them on your Shopify invoice, in your store's billing currency under Shopify's rules.
Do I need Shopify Plus?
No. Every AttriBolt plan works on any Shopify plan. Only the “Finishing touch” checkout block, included in Pro, needs Shopify Plus.
Why didn't the offer show for some orders?
Shopify skips the post-purchase page for some orders: Apple Pay, Google Pay and other wallets, instalment payments, gift cards and other non-card payments, gateways that keep the CVV, orders under $0.50, local delivery, and orders from sales channels other than the Online Store. AttriBolt also skips it when no offer matches the order or the product is already in it.
Give customers 30 minutes to get it right.
